Base 303, is what most would think to be a abandoned building, but in fact it's very lively. Most of the building is underground where most activity is. No one knows who funded or built the building, it seems as if it was built over night. It is placed in the middle of a huge privet plot of land. Those outsiders who get to the front door are lucky, for this area is heavily guarded.
